You will work closely with the Project Officer and be responsible for direct project delivery for Aspire, as well as contribute to the overall success of the BBO partnership with Landau.

You will work within a supported employment team, assisting people with a learning disability to:
– Develop employability skills and gain qualifications
– Find and gain volunteering and work placement opportunities
– Find and maintain paid employment
– Support employees and employers within the workplace

As the successful candidate, you are:
– Passionate about working with people with a learning disability looking for and maintaining meaningful employment
– Able to work alone and as part of a dynamic team
– Able to work alongside a diverse range of stakeholders, including businesses, training providers, job seekers, their parents and carers and partner organisations
