You will co-ordinate and directly deliver the project for Aspire, as well as contribute to the overall success of the BBO partnership with Landau. You will have the opportunity to shape the future of supported  employment for people with a learning disability in Herefordshire.

Your role will be key in:
– Empowering people with a learning disability to identify and achieve their chosen goals
– Supporting our Job Coaches
– Coordinating our group and individual programmes
– Developing links with local employers to create work placements
– Encouraging and supporting people to be successful and happy at work

As the successful candidate, you are:
– Person centred
– Dynamic, with a creative, confident and proactive approach
– Confident in the collection, collation and reporting of data
– Accurate in processing written and online project paperwork
