What does a typical role with Aspire Living look like?
Supporting people with a learning disability is so much more than personal care. You could be supporting people in their own home or out and about in their community. You will enable people to enjoy their hobbies and interests just like anyone else.
Using a person-centred approach, in your role you will help create innovative ways to support a person to achieve their own personal goals. The support you offer will be reflective of each person’s needs, hobbies and ambitions.
Every day is different here at Aspire Living and the support we provide to people can be varied. A day could include helping someone towards achieving greater independence, providing personal and emotional support, helping people plan and manage their own home, support with leisure, interests, and hobbies.
